Computer generated balloon background pattern paper, layered onto black & white striped pattern paper and pink pattern paper. MFT Traditional stitched tag die cut from white cardstock. 'YAY' stamped direct to die cut tag + 'it's your birthday' stamped onto black cardstock, heat embossed using Brutus Monroe Alabaster embossing powder and Versamark sticky ink.
