MFT Black&White pinstripe pattern paper muted to tone on tone with TH Distress Ink (Pumice Stone). "happy" die cut from black cardstock four times using Wplus9 Happy Trio die and layered for dimension, mounted on stitched die cut panel, 3D foam mounted over pattern paper and white 5x7 cardstock panel. "BIRTHDAY" stamped on white cardstock strip using Versafine Clair Nocturne ink. "65" die cut from black cardstock using TH Numbers die.
