Penny Black Snowy stamped on Bristol Smooth cardstock and coloured using Arteza Real Brush Markers and fussy cut using Silhouette Cameo3, accented with Nuvo Glitter drops and Crystal Clear drops. Mat & Layered onto die cut circles of various sizes. Smallest circle coloured using Tim Holtz Distress Inks (Festive Berries & Aged Mahogany) accented with Lawn Fawn Liquid Stardust, Largest two circles die cut to form frame and cut 3 times to add dimension. Accented with snowflakes die cut from glitter cardstock using Elegant Snowflakes from Whimsy Stamps. All accented with various gems and pearls from Little Things from Lucy's Cards.
