My nephews third birthday was last Saturday.... he's Fireman Sam mad.... so this is what I came up with. Fire truck card base was cut out using Cricut & DS software while Sam himself was printed out many times until he fit in the cab!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TFL.

Excellent Linda - reminds me of one I made last year. I too had to reprint the driver several times to get him to fit!!
