New Baby Girl

 

New Baby Girl card.....

Not your traditional baby colour pallet but I wanted to feature the Little Princess herself on the front of the card so I coordinated with her babygro so yellow & greys is what I chose.

I've used this layout before New Baby Boy on a 6x6 card, this time round I went for 5x7.

Printed the photo on glossy cardstock and matted with die cut Sizzix Polaroid Frame in white cardstock, layered onto coordinating yellow and grey cardstock panels, personalised and layered over sheer white ribbon & double bow (using the Bow Maker) and yellow dotted pattern paper panel. The two panels are adhered to grey pattern paper card panel and grey 5x7 card panel/base. Flags personalised with new babies details (blurred on photos), accented with yellow embroidery floss and adhered to the top right hand corner of the card panel.

Accented with clear raindrops and yellow sequins from Little Things from Lucy's Cards.

The inside of the card can be personalised further with a picture of Mummy & Daddy xx

Stampin Up "Gorgeous Grunge" stamped on white cardstock panel using TH Distress Oxides (Peacock Feathers & Spiced Marmalade) and Versafine Clair Nocturne ink. "Birthday Wishes" printed onto cardstock strip coloured using direct to paper Distress Oxide (Spiced Marmalade).

Card panel mat & layered onto black and blue coordinating cardstock strips and 5x7 card base. Accented with black flat back pearls from Little Things from Lucy's Cards. "15" die cut from coordinating cardstock using Create a Smile "Cherry Numbers"

Blue cardstock 5x7 card panel, dry embossed at 10mm intervals. Accented with washi tape, B&W bakers twine and sequins from Little Things from Lucy's Cards.

"Happy" stamped and die cut from red cardstock and "Birthday" stamped and heat embossed using Lawn Fawn's "Happy Happy Happy". Stars stamped and die cut using Sugar Peas"Stars", "15" die cut from red cardstock using TH "Number" dies.

MFT Brilliant Butterflies stamped using TH Distress Oxides (Spun Sugar, Picked Raspberry, Tumbled Glass & Broken China) and Heat embossed with Silver Embossing powder on Bristol Smooth cardstock and die cut using coordinating dies. Mounted onto stitched die cut circle from white cardstock and layered onto MFT Happy Birthday background stamped on 6x6 card panel using TH Distress Ink (Old Paper).

"Happy Birthday to you" from MFT Bitty Birthday Wishes stamped on black cardstock and heat embossed with silver embossing powder. Accented with dewdrops from Little Things from Lucy's Cards.

Contrasting Black, Grey & White cardstock cut at various angles and matted onto 5x7 card base. Splats stamped using TH Distress Oxide (Salty Ocean) and Hero Arts "Brush" stamps. "Happy Birthday" stamped using Versafine Clair Nocturne ink & clear heat embossed on coordinating blue cardstock die cut flag banner. Accented with sequins from Little Things from Lucy's cards.

Black & White pattern paper panel mounted onto 5x7 black cardstock panel. Personalised football jersey print & cut on Silhouette Cameo, coloured using Gansai Tambi watercolours, mounted onto pattern paper/black cardstock oval die cuts. LFC logo print & cut again on Silhouette Cameo.

"Happy Birthday" die cut & stamped using Lawn Fawn "Happy Happy Happy" coordinating stamp & die set. "40" die cut from white cardstock using Lawn Fawn Quinn's ABC's.

Card accented with Nuvo Crystal Clear and black pearls from Little Things from Lucy's Cards.

Formula 1 and local Rugby Club lover - print & cut racing car & checkered flag using Silhouette Cameo & Computer Software, coloured using Prismacolor Pencils. "SON" & "40" die cut from black cardstock using Lawn Fawn Oliver's stitched ABC's & 123's.

Cardstock panels in local rugby club colours mat & layered onto 5x7 grey cardstock panel. Computer generated greeting on grey cardstock and 3D foam mounted onto card.

Accented with Nuvo Crystal Glaze and black pearls from Little Things from Lucy's Cards.

"65" die cut from black cardstock and Tim Holtz Numbers die. Computer generated "George" adhered to the outer black circle frame.

Layered on white cardstock panel die cut using stitched 5x7 layering dies accented with MFT Splatter Background stamp and Versafine Clair Nocturne ink and 5x7 Black cardstock panel/card base.

Greeting stamped from MFT Bitty Birthday Wishes on white cardstock and mat/layered onto black cardstock. "60" & "Ann" die cut from black cardstock using Lawn Fawn Oliviers ABC & 123's and highlighted with Spectrum Noir Clear Glitter Brush Marker.

5x7 CAS Happy Easter cards..... 

Circle with Decorative corners die cut from white cardstock, smaller circle die cut from vellum and circle frame from die cut from dark grey cardstock. Silhouette flowers die cut from white cardstock and adhered to circle stack, accented with button & white thread from stash.

"Happy Easter" stamped from Sugar Pea Designs Everyday Sentiments and heat embossed (Brutus Monroe - Alabaster) on dark grey cardstock die cut fishtail flag banner.

All mounted on 5x7 linen effect white cardstock panel/ card panel and accented with Doodle Bug sequins.
